Modem Setting

 NADRS VPN PPP over Ethernet modem setting for windows 7 OS

Step 1 → Click Internet explorers in windows 7 →Type 192.168.1.1 →Username - 

                 admin→Password -admin

Step 2 → Advance setup →WAN

Step 3 → Select and Click 0/0/35 →Click Edit → Select and Click →

                 Connection type → select PPP over Ethernet →Next

Step 4 → Configure Username and password →PPP username – xxx@nadrs.nic.in 

              →Password –password →Service name – BSNL

Step 5 → Select MTU → 1492 →Next

Step 6 → Enable NAT → Enable Firewall and tick →Next 

Step 7 → save →Save and reboot

Network IP Setting

Step 1 → Put the IP Address Automatically

Step 2 → Put the DNS as 164.100.3.1 and 164.100.17.3

                and try access www.nic.in. The site should be accessible. (All NIC sites     

                should be accessible while the internet will not be available).

Step 3 →use ipconfig /all   commend in run (note this IP)

Step 4 → type commend  tracert 164.100.22.1, (note this IP)

Step5→ type commend  tracert 10.255.221.227, (note this IP)

Step6→ if the IP is not displaying in the sequence of 10.XX.XX.XX , then again login the modem and node the IP form WAN IP Address
